The talk show queen, 58, first wore the curve-hugging dress on the cover of O, The Oprah Magazine's September 2011 issue. At Sunday's 84th Annual Academy Awards, Winfrey donned the custom-made frock yet again while being honored with the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award.

Post-show, Winfrey teamed up with Jimmy Kimmel for a series of sketches on Kimmel's post-Oscars special. The premise revolved around Kimmel pitching new show ideas to the OWN network CEO, including Oprah Repos Her Favorite Things, The Jimmy and Oprah Interview, Oprah After Dark and Book Club Fight Club.
